I'm quite interested in wine making, but not from grapes.
Can we make wine out of mango and pineapple fruits?
I came from a tropical country where these fruits abound and we usually put these in the dinner table as it is. Not much people invest in this venture maybe because of lack of interest or no knowledge at all. I belong to the latter, I need to learn how it is
made. I don't have any knowledge about chemistry but can accept new ideas in my line of interest.
Thank you! I will keep reading.

Dear Reza.
It is normal that skins, bunch or seeds remain in fermentation. This fermentation should occur in a recipient like a vat: no bottle is needed at that stage.

Dear Sir

In my country wine is forbidden so some times I make it in home so if you do mind I have two questions in this matter.
1:
If skins, bunch or seeds remain in fermentation (I main crush and fermented with bunch) is harmful or not for example is it possible transfer to methanol instead of ethanol?
Is that low levels dangers for human health.

2:
Whether during the fermentation we should keep close the bottle?

Thank you for your time

Sure. Fruit wines can be made from apples and elderberries, starches like rice, vegetables like carrot or peapod, as well as flowers and herbs such as dandelion, elderflower, and even marijuana. Cider, mead and perry are fruit wines.
