I was actually born in Spain (I'm not telling when though!) but moved around europe and lastly settled in England when I was 5. I dont remember an awful lot of the few years I was in spain, but the smell of spanish food always seems to ring a bell in me or something. It's weird how I dont remember anything except the smells,isn't it! I found your list through google after reading a report from VinTank and wanting to do more research. One site I do notice that VinTank mentioned that is not on your list is mustlovewine.com.
