Indeed WineChap seems sufficiently staffed to cover the subject of wine lists! It is yet too young to have good enough metrics to feature in the top 165.

Your blog would fit into the same category as wine sellers. It may not seem fair to you but the point is to screen out sales promotion (and promote wine writing). What you can do is read the wine bloggers on a regular basis and comment on their blogs.
